Need corrections in the sentences

As he rejoined the company within a year so so he is an continue employee with this company. An employee is considered to be new and lose all the privileges only if he rejoins the company after 2 years.

As it is just an internal transfer and the time gap of leaving the existing location to the new location is not more than 2 years, he doesn't need probationary period of 6 months.
