Need Correction. Arthur at a restaurant

Hi Teachers,

Could you correct this paragraph, please?

Arthur is eating at a restaurant downtown. He is not eating with his wife Deborah. He is having lunch alone. Arthur ordered a steak with some salad and a few vegetables. The waiter brought him his steak with some salad, but he forgot the vegetables. Arthur is telling him to bring the vegetables immediately. Perhaps is not a very good restaurant, there are only a few people in it.

Thanks in advance
