need correction

Hi teachers, 

Would you kindly tell me if this is grammatically correct and natural? 

- I am not joking, Jane, nor am I in the mood of, right now. You have to tell me today if you know her address or not. 

Would saying 'whether ... or not' instead of 'if ... or not' be more appropriate here, please?

No. I suppose you mean 'in the mood for it'.

I would remove the comma after 'for it'. Otherwise OK.
