Need an English proficiency Letter
Hello pplz here..
My name is Faraz. Just a new person here and first time ever posting a message. Actually i need a letter which should state that my proficiency in english language is awesome with maximum ability in all the areas. I can write such a letter though, but need something effective enough to be put forward a visa officer.I hope you ppl will help me in this regard by posting a letter that must prove one's english proficiency.
