Need an advise for a good modern Sci-Fi books

Hi! I am a big fun of sci-fi literature and want to read some of it in English. Unfortunately I don't know much about modern authors.

I'm something of a science fiction fan myself. Pretty much anything by these authors should keep you busy for a while:
