NEED ADVICE...WANT TO TEACH ENGLISH ABROAD

Hello,

I have always wanted to teach english as a second language in another country. I am ready to move forward with this but I have ALOT of questions and need advice. I want to find the best program or organization to work with. I have a wife and 3 year old daughter and so I need to be able to bring them with me. I also need to know how easy or hard it will be for my wife to find work if she needs to (she only speaks english). I am interested in teaching in Spain, Italy, Japan, Korea, or Vietnam. I am fluent in Spanish so therefore would probably be most comfortable in Spain, but I would be happy to learn another language. The cost of living in each of those countries is also a concern. I need to be able to provide a living AND take care of my wife and daughter. PLEASE...Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you so much.
