If you don’t know then you have to plan to research it, so you can find ways to protect this problem before it happen. Replacement professional staff is not just about replacing with graduate student. You have to plan to replace professional staffs that are going to retired for about 5-10 years, let new staffs have time to learn everything from the professional that you have now.Research your organization, separate them to three groups by age work, and ask yourself like this--In the next ten years after the profession groups retired, do you have enough staff people moving up to replace them? Can each group replace each other in the next 10-15 years?  If not, you have to plan to replace each group from now on.

Firstly, why don't you register with us as you keep popping up? Secondly, 'story' is only really used with regards to works of fiction, so this is an essay. I've highlighted the parts of your essay that need some work. Your main problems are with plurals - staff is always singular, and prepostitions - some are missing and some are incorrect. The other problems are with word choice and verb tense. Have a go at the corrections and post your next draft here for some more help.
