Hi I have a long sentence and just realized that I perhaps too many commas in it. Here it is: Mister X, doctor of linguistics, associate professor, and Institute Y director, died on March 3, 1999, aged 45.
Are there too many commas in this sentence, should it be split, or is it ok?
Thank you
