Need a professional letter writtern for me

Hi

I am trying to expand my candle business so retailers stock my handmade items and i also wish to try and get my products in to distributors as well but have no idea on how to write a professional letter and was wondering if anyone knows of a firm that can do this for me.

Please help me as i am trying to get the letters sent at the begining of January 2010
