I see this idiom in the movies, "Fun with Dick and Jane."

What does that mean?

Were they discussing someone in a sense of how attractive/unattractive/sexually appealing they were? There is a nasty sort of joke that says that to 'sleep with' someone ugly you need to put a paper bag over their head first. (so you can't see their face).
