Need a little help with proofreading please

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could proofread the following paragraph for me:

"Thanks to my rich and varied experience, I can be proficient with customer service and have a passion for web design. In my most recent job, I was a taxpayer services agent who answered technical questions for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). I learned a lot about being pleasant and listen to the customer needs. I also have a background in graphic/web design."
