Need a help with job offer response! Help please :)

Hello Everybody!

I got an email from company where I apply for a job with few open positions. My choice is: "Branch Manager – only criteria is the candidate has worked in a customer service setting, preferably in a managerial capacity, no prior banking experience required"

Please could you help me and correct my response?

Thank you for reviewing my resume. I would like to apologize for late response (2 days), currently I am traveling and do not have access to e-mail everyday.


In refer to the positions you had introduce to me the most suitable will be the branch manager role. All my previous experience based on a customer service as the position as a junior project manager in IT company xxx in xxx in Poland where I have been responsible for contact with business clients, solve the problems with the websites as well help to choose the best solution for their company software.The role as an assistant manager in xxx in Guernsey where my duties based on customer service, as well as train the staff how to realize customer needs and how to initiate good contact with customers.


In my whole career up to now I learnt how think analytically, listen to others, it was helpful with solving problems, as well as be a part of multicultural team. My one of interest is reading book about human behavior, the leader skills and how to use it in a real world.

As I mention before I am traveling, currently I am in Germany but at Monday I am gonna be in London for a while.

Would it be possible to schedule our conversation at Monday 27th of April afternoon or Tuesday 28th of April?
