Need a grammar advice

1) They will start stiring up one nation against other,calling them to/for* wars,in order that they would kill each other. [How should I say,*to* or *for ? ]

2) They will be seducing his apprentices and nears*/*neighbours [Nears or neighbours ?]

3)Can I say "Hard destiny" ?If not,what synonym should I use?

4)It split,and in*/*by array,descended to Earth. [In or by ?]

5)Can you say "There are also existed...." ? Or just "Also existed ...."

6)In a sentence,I list some features,and then say,to this type of humans,are specific those features. [Is it right to say that,or how should I say otherwise? ]
