Need a comma?

HiDo I need a comma before the relative pronoun here? I visited Istanbul which is the most beautiful city in the world.Thanks.

evet - yes - it looks better with a comma anyway.
Compare :
1. Today I saw one dog which I passed yesterday
2. Today I saw one dog, which I passed yesterday

In 1. you could have seen several dogs : of the dogs you saw yesterday you saw one of them today; you could also have seen dogs you didn't see yesterday

But in 2. you only saw one dog : you are making a statement ("Today I saw one dog") and adding some extra information about it

In my opinion, it is better to say that:

"I visited Istanbul about two years ago. In my view, Istanbul is the most beautiful city in the world." Because it is your opinion about this city.
Or
Istanbul is the most beautiful city I have ever visited.

That's fine grammatically and stylistically. It's very common to present opinions as facts in nformal speech and writing.
