Nearing their monthly limit

Would it be possible to say "approaching" or "about to exceed" in place of nearing?

Thank you, Regards.

Using "approaching" doesn't change the meaning of the sentence but saying "about to exceed" does, doesn't it?

Hi,

"About to exceed" may change the meaning. Thus, use "approaching" instead.
