Are these sentences natural?

"The classroom next door is out of teacher."
"The beside classroom is out of teacher."
"The classroom at the end of the corridor is out of teacher."

The intended meaning is ''the teacher has not arrived yet/still on the way". Not sure if it's correct.

I sit odd to use "penultimate" in "The penultimate classroom is still without a teacher"?

What would you suggest, then (for the one before the last)? Let's say there's an array of 4 classrooms.

I'd say 'the third classroom'.

If there were a lot of classrooms, I'd probably say 'the next to last classroom'.
