Natural or unnatural?

Hello,

Could you tell me please if these sentences sound natural in English?

He settled a score with his life.

He squared accounts with his life.

How are the neighbors who live on one and the same floor referred to? Is it possible to say;

We were one floor neighbors?

Thanks

Hello,

I meant to say that he was tired of his type of lifestyle and decided to commit suicide. So can I use these two sentences or not?

I found this sentence on the Net; I haven't heard back from the neighbor one floor me yet. That's why I decided to ask about if this sentence is correct.

Thanks

...He was tired of his type of lifestyle and decided to commit suicide. So can I use these two sentences or not?-- No, that is not what they suggest, as I have already said. 'Style' = 'type', so I would just use "He was tired of his lifestyle and decided to kill himself."
