Natural or Strange?

Does this sentence sound strange to you?

In Europe, when people accidentally touch someone on the street, they almost always say, "I'm sorry."

Is it better to use "bump into someone" or "brush someone" instead of
"accidentally touch?" In this context, it's not a violent touch, more like a gentle one.
