Could you tell me which one between following sentences sounds better to your ear? Thank you in advance.


1. To know what you really want to do is what you might have to do first.

Both sound a little convoluted to me. I'd say 'to decide' instead of 'to know'. Simpler is eg First, you might have to decide what you really want to do.

I'd say 'to decide' instead of 'to know'.


Simpler is eg First, you might have to decide what you really want to do.
