Natural expression
Is "Stretch your arms down out at an angle of 45 degrees" right and natural? How can I express that in another way with using other words? The picture of the following link is the posture that I want to explain. (Sorry that I can't find better one)

Perhaps something like this would be unambiguous:-
"Hold your arms downwards and straight, holding them out from your sides at an angle of 45 degrees."
