Natural conversation

1. Could you confirm whether the following conversation is right and natural?

A: Excuse me. Could you tell me how I get to station C?
B: Of course. First, take the subway Line One to Station B. Then, transfer to Line Two heading for X. After passing seven stations, you'll get there.
A: Thank you very much.

2. Can I replace 'how I get to station C' with 'how to get to station C' in the above conversation? How about 'No problem' instead of 'Of course'?
