Natural?

We walk with our legs.
Is the sentence natural? Everyone know a leg is one of the limbs of a person's body used for standing and walking. So I think the sentence is unnatural. Is it correct?

What is the context in which the sentence is to be used? Often it would be unnecessary to say this, since, as you point out, "everyone knows" it. However, there may be some context in which it is worthwhile.

No. It's natural. Stating a fact that is known by everyone does not make it an unnatural statement. 'with' introduces the means by which something is done.
