Hi, Can a English speaker help answer questions please?

1 Is passed over correct this way?

She ws passed over for promotion for someone younger.

2 Is make money on correct?

The drinks are what the restaurant makes most money on.

3 Does one say 'outside the blast radius' natural?

If you stay outside the blast radius of the bomb, you'll be fine.

4 Is 'as to' correct?

Have you made up you mind as to what you want to do with her ?

5 Is 'hardships' and 'hard on' correct?

The hardships of life are harder on some people than on others.

6 Which is correct?

I am 10 points off/below/under my record. Had I gotten other 10 I would have tied my record.
