native like or not? no. 14 a short note of confiirmation

Dear All,

Is the following confirmation note of receiving the salary for 3 months correct or not? Does it sound native-like? What would you change? Thank you.

I, the undersigne, hereby confirm that I have received financial gratification for the period of the following three months: October 2012, November 2012 and January 2013.

Thanks for checking it for me.

I'd say
eg I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that I have received the sum of $9999.99 as total remuneration for the period of October 2012, November 2012 and January 2013.

I see. Thank you.

Hmm... is there such a thing as financial gratification ?
0
gratification refers to something that pleases or delights you.

It's an emotional word, and not suitable for your sentence.
