National Database Portal of Iran Tender's Information

Hello,
One native English speaker in http://forum.wordreference.com/threads/national-database-portal-of-iran-tenders-information.3201068/ told me that it should be "tender information" not "tender's information."
He told me because "The main noun is information. The word tender serves as an adjective here."

Do you agree with him?

Thank you.

I don't recommend "tenders information".
