In formal writing, I would recommend 7 and 8 because of the clarity and grammatical accuracy of the sentences.
For spoken form, people understand

i. instrumental national anthem of Iran.
ii vocal national anthem of Iran.

The following are awkward.
iii sung national anthem (erm...well I have never heard of "sung“ national anthem... sounds unnatural
iv. the song

and For spoken form .... 1 & 2 are correct
