Nasal and epidemic

Hllo there,

Please help me correct the usage of these two words.

Nasal: She sings with nasally voice and it annoys me.

AND

Nasally, the way she performed a song annoys me.

Epidemic (NOUN)

For example, Many Thais are suffering from flood epidemic at the moment.

AND

Black Friday Sales epidemic cause thousands of people to stand up in line in front of the department stores in frigid temperature.

I learnt from a dictionary that epidemic can be used in the situation which is not related to the uncontrollable spread of decease. For example, epidemic proportion or unemployment epidemic. That was why I am confused why I cannot use with the example that I made.

Now I think about it, it is possible to use 'epidemic' in a similar way to your sentence, but you have to change it a bit. It wouldn't be conventional, but it would be understood.
