Nary a percentage point

There were absurdly toned people swinging kettlebells and leaping onto boxes, with nary a percentage point of body fat in sight.

In this sentence, what does the "with nary a percentage point" mean? Please put it into simpler terms.

The original sentence means that everybody looked very fit and lean.
It does not suggest that someone started taking exact measurements of body fat!
