Named in capital =respect?

Today boss ordered me to write clients' company name in all capital letters, saying it shows that we respect them. Emotion: sad

Is it true? [:^)]

Thanks

I agree with Clive. You show respect to your client by spelling its name as it (the client) wishes not by applying arbitrary spelling and capitalization.
