Name this alternative/latino song help please!!?

this alternative song is circa 1999, it is a sort of english/latino song, with lines "so it goes will you know you never know you'll never know like everybody knows and so it goes..." not sure if my lyrics are correct but it goes that way, with a rap-like singing with lines "...crying in a shower and ....two and three" then ended up with a latino rap that ends abruptly, please help find the name of the song and the band as well it's been on my head for years now thank you! thank you!
