Name Tags - "Said" before vs. after the name when followed by an adjective

"Well, now look what's happened," said Sarah, frustrated.

Does it at all make a difference in meaning whether it is "said Sarah" or "Sarah said"? I ask this in regard to name tags followed by adjectives in general.

Thanks.
