Name of family
Is the sentence "We can see the Wilson family" correct or I have to use "We can see the Wilson`s family". And what about "the"? Thanks!

The first is correct, the second isn't . You can also say We can see the Wilson s . the is required and a is also possible when you're referring to one member of the Wilson family.
