Mrs Mary can give us an answer only after consultation with her husband.
my textbook also say mary is wrong.
I really can't comprehend it .

We do not use a person's first name ("Mary") with a title ("Mrs"). If her name is "Mary Smith", then we use either "Mrs Smith" or just "Mary".
