Grammar

myself,to be able to

1.
To be able start a sentence like that we have to specify the object as i did now.
But even though i am not sure whether the following sentence is gramatically correct or not
To be perfectly honest with you,Our company will not cooperate with you in these terms
who is honest with whom
Is it company or is it the employee

2.
He was beaten badly is a correct sentence
Because adverbs come only after verbs

But what about the following question
He beat him badly
there is him between verb and adverb

Should i say
he beat him badly or bad which one is right ?
Thank you
