If I am answering a person who is trying to learn English and wants to sound professional, I will say that they are incorrect. They are just plain bad grammar. If they want to sound colloquial and homey, I will say that the reflexive pronouns are often used that way in casual conversation, especially in certain dialects, so if you hear others speak that way where you are, you can do it, too.
