Hi,

I will be working from as myself and mywife are having doctor's appointment on this friday

I will be working from (where? home?) as I (and my wife) have an appointment with the doctor this Friday.

Or perhaps you mean 'I will be absent from work . . ?

Hi,

I thought about that. But it seems to me that it's a simple memo about 'I'' as the main character. Rather than putting the wife front and centre, I wonder if she needs to be mentioned at all?

Good point. Perhaps 'we' is the best solution.
