It's always helpful if you try to provide as much of the the context as you can. Just posting snippets means we often have to play a guessing game.

I have no idea what sort of context you heard. However, I can tell you that the word "myself" can be used in a sentence as an intensifier (with pretty much any verb), to emphasize that I (or even I) have done something. For example:
