My Writing task 1 (PLEASE HELP)

A glance at the graph shows the number of requests sent to the Tourist Information Office in the first six months of 2011.

Overall, the number of people who came to the office and via telephone to request the information were surge dramatically over six months, especially in April.

At first, anticipations shows that the highest peak of people who came to make requested was nearly 2000 people at the beginning of June. Meanwhile, the highest amount of calls for enquires was 1600 people at the same time. There were only approximately 800 people who contacted the Tourist Information Office during January which is the highest point of the category.

Afterwards, unlike the others, people who contacted through email started decreased significantly from 800 to the lowest nearly 400 people during the period. On the other hand, the lowest point of people who come by themselves for information and calls the most inferior position were about 400 and 900 respectively.
