Details about products and services are often displayed online, and thus any other inquiries from customers could be responded by emails, phone calls or online messages. Finally, the availability of many online courses has made education more accessible. Students can study and discuss information with their tutor from their own home instead of going to schools.

This development can bring about both positive and negative impacts on human’s life. People can interact and connect with each other immediately with a lower cost and shorter time through the use of the Internet and tele- services. On the other hand, the availability of new communication technologies can also have the result of isolating people and discouraging real interaction. For example, many young people choose to make friends online rather than with their friends in the real world, and these virtual relationships could be a poor substitute for real friendships.
