HUBLOT: Is it common to say "pretty much" to mean "fairly often" or "most of the time"?

Hi,

'Or' reads better here, to my mind, to reflect the idea that you'd say either one, but not both together.
.But 'and' would not be wrong.

With either word, the meaning is clear.
