My uncle and I or my uncle and me?

Which is correct?

"He invited my uncle and I for a little outing."

"He invited my uncle and me for a little outing."

'...and me' is correct. You need the object form because 'you' are the receiver of the action.

you should use "Me" because it's an objective pronoun, no matter there's another object before that

The second one sounds correct because we need object here but we say:

I and my uncle live in the same apartment. Here we need subject(doer)

it should be my uncle and me, because it is used as the object of invite.

as imantaghavi wrote before, it should be my uncle and i so as to express politeness.
