My suit jacket is torn. Is "torn" a predicate adjective or a past participle?

My suit jacket is torn.

Is "torn" a predicate adjective or a past participle in the sentence above?
I checked the dictionary and "torn" seems to be the past participle of the verb tear. In that case I think we have the passive voice in the present tense. Am I right?

I know that we can use the participles as adjectives, but not sure if it's true in the predicative position (S + Linking Verb + Past Participle used as Adjective).
