My Students and I

Is it wrong to write "my students and I"? Word is underlining "I" green. Should it be "me"?

It depends. Before asking this question, you need to write a couple of sentences using I and me so that they have a context.
If XYZ and you are subjects, then it is " I ", i.e. My brother and I are invited to participate the community charity run.
