My skin is too thin?

Hello,

I was taking a self-assessment quiz and I couldn't understand what these two sentences mean.

1. "I always fly by the seat of my pants."

2."My skin is too thin."

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks

Hi, 1 . When you do something 'by the seat of your pants', you do it using only your own experience and trusting your own judgment 2 . When you are thin-skinned, you get easily hurt by criticism or easily made unhappy.
