My sentences

Hello,

Could you correct these sentences, please?
At what time/what time/ when do you usually finish work?(What is the difference between; 'when', 'at what time,' and 'what time'?)
Do you live far from your office? No, I live close to/near to it and I usually walk there/go there on foot.
"I am learning German only."
"When do you have your lessons?"
"We have lessons on Monday, on Wednesday, and on Friday evening." (Are the last two 'on's optional?)
"How long does your lesson last?''
It last for two hours/two hours."
"What do you do at home? What are you doing at home?"(I think 'what are you doing' can't be used here.)
"When I come home I usually read magazines and do my homework. Sometimes I write letters to my friends. I receive/get many letters from them and always answer them."
"Who translates articles from/of foreign magazines in your office? Emma does".
How well does he speak these languages?(English and French)
Who translates letters from German? I do.
My sister works very much/a lot.
Does he work very much?
We read very much, but we write very little in class.
Thanks

Thank you very much for your explanations, but could you, please explain to me why 'very much' was wrong in the last sentence, why can't I say 'it lasts two hours' without 'for', and 'walk there' instead of 'go there'?
Since you didn't say anything about 'at what time' I assume you never use it do you?

Thanks

louiSTWho translates letters from German? I do. .... I would kinda make more sense if you say: Who translate letters from Germany. (The country and not the language) - I do.
But if we mean German as a language,we could add who translates from German to French ? for example .
Isn't it correct ?

By the way, I wanted to ask about the prepositions you use in this case. Do you always use from with into/to?
Eg., I translate from Spanish to/into English. Are both to and into acceptable?

Thanks
