My sentences...

Hello,

could you tell me please if these sentences are right?

1.A courier will bring/provide us with food while we are in the cottage. (I wanted to use the word products but I was dubious about it.)

2.The fears( or her fears?) show that she has a high level of anxiety.

3.You don`t even need to take your belongings with you. Anything that we may need is there.

4.She didn't invite her maids here, as she wanted to spend the vacation with her friends not with Maids.

5.'Why don't you call his office?' Isn't it a mistake to say 'why don't you call him in the office' too?

Hi,

One more question about it. I can't use "while we were" because those people are in their cottage at the moment.

If I rewrite it in this way would it be a mistake?

My husband has arranged to have food delivered while we are at the cottage.

Hi,
That's fine.
But you said you needed to use Past Simple.
