My second job in the

1-I was reminded of my second job, in the ministry of health.

Can this sentence mean two things:
a-I was reminded of my second job, which was in the ministry of health.
b-I was reminded of the second job I had in the ministry of health.

If the meaning is 'b', 'in the ministry of health' would be added as an afterthought. I was reminded of my second job, I mean my second job in the ministry of health. Not my second job as such.

Gratefully,
Navi.
