This letter is written to offer my vigorous endorsement of A’ s application for admission to University of xx. I believe Ms. A will be an outstanding contributor to your B-school, and I urge you give her application your closest consideration.

I have been manager of China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch for 10 years, and Ms A was the most capable student I have ever seen. The first time I met her was when she came directly to my office, telling me that although she missed the deadline for the internship application because her university released them so late, she still hoped to get a chance. Her initiative and courage impressed me a lot. From her resume and our communication I felt she was a girl of clear mind, poise, confidence and strong personal charisma. Obviously she was sufficiently prepared and had a thorough knowledge of our company. Without any hesitation, I decided to recruit her as an intern in the marketing department, and her main duty was to attract more customers. To our satisfaction, her performance was the best due to her outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
