Hello, I think an agent is who receives incidences, and only can solve it if it isn't too complicated; if the problem is complicated, then the agent derives it to a call center executive, who are an expert and must have good communication skills too, in order to listen the complains of the client in a polite way and solve it efficiently.

My understanding of executive is the person who is in charge of the entire operation or one aspect of it. Such a person would not answer phones. For example, the chief financial officer or general manager / managing director. An agent is an odd term for me in this context.. Agents usually act in a company's name like sales agents.
