My prof said I get into serious trouble
Any one can teach me how to correct the following English?
"Basically, I have completed my topic proposal for a few weeks ago, however, when I go through over and over again, it came to me seems nonsense. After I have modified it and see if I can base on such information to prepare my specification and research design, however, the question came to me this time was something confuse and I will decribe in the following paragraph."
When I sent this email to my prof, he said "the Engish here is not very good - either you are rushing it or my advice is to get some help before you get into serious trouble".

We can help you sort out small items of your writing but I suspect your prof meant that you need to take some English lessons to raise overall standard to be able to cope with the course successfully. Is this an option for you? anyway, here's your first corrected paragraph.
